    HealthNet Consult is Ugandan consultancy firm that specializes in providing support to ministries of health, NGOs, universities, international agencies and other entities through health economics research; training; and monitoring and evaluation services, with the aim of making a positive contribution to developing countries´┐Ż health sector challenges. Our overarching objective is to make a valuable contribution towards the improvement of health systems in Africa. In achieving this objective, we seek to become a leading, growing and reputable key player in providing health systems solutions to developing countries. Staff members of HealthNet Consult have extensive country experience within the region, including Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, South Africa, Zanzibar, Sierra Leone, Namibia, Malawi, Madagascar, and Rwanda.

    Our Mission

    Our mission is to undertake high quality health systems and health economics research, with the aim to generate evidence for decision-making and policy development. In addition, we aim to provide training and mentoring, with the purpose of developing health economics capacity in the African region. Lastly, we aim to provide monitoring and evaluation services for institutions and organizations working in the health sector. In doing these, we use the most appropriate, rigorous and up-to-date techniques and methods, and endeavour to remain independent and professional while doing our work. HealthNet Consult seeks to make a valuable contribution towards the improvement of health systems in Africa.
