Kiboko Enterprises Limited is Incorporated as Private Limited Company in May 1992 under the flagship of Kiboko Group of Companies. It started its commercial activities from the date of its incorporation. With in short span of time the company has grown virtually from small trading company dealing in roofing sheets to a giant Importer and Distributor of General Merchandize. The Company has also been awarded a sole distributor ship of Philips Lighting for Uganda Market by World reputed light manufacturing co. Philips Lighting B.V.

The Company started its operations to satisfy the varied groups of customers by providing quality goods and services at reasonable prices and thereby rendering value added services to customers.
