Bageine & Company Limited is  a  firm  of professionally qualified real  estate investment consultants  providing a  range of  professional real estate investment consultancy services including.

The  Company was  started by  Hon.  Shem   Bageine in  1991 shortly after the   formation of  Bageine & Company in  1989 which  remains a sister company today,  a firm of Valuation Surveyors.

Hon. Bageine prior  to  his  return to  Uganda in 1987 worked in Nairobi, Kenya for a period of 18 years from 1970 to 1987 working for Tysons Limited as a Valuer and  later Managing Director in 1979/80 after which he   started  Bageine Karanja   Mbuu  in  1981  which Company he headed as Managing Director/Chairman up to July 1987.

Tysons  Limited and  Bageine Karanja  Mbuu  Limited were and continue to be involved in several commercial and residential developments/projects including but not limited to Golf Course, Mimosa Court, Loresho and Runda Housing Estates, Re-insurance Plaza and Lillian Towers as well as management of several commercial properties and  professional valuations for corporate and individual clients.

Bageine and  Company Limited started providing formal real  estate agency, property letting and management  and   other  consultancy services to corporate and  individual in the  Uganda Real  Estate Sector upon  its inception and  was the  pioneer professional firm to offer these services to Ugandans. As a result of our  track  record, professionalism and adherence to client satisfaction as our main objective BCL has  remained a  key  and  leading player in  the real estate sector and has continued to provide these services to all Ugandans big or small Given  the   vast   experience we  have   had   over   the twenty years of our  existence we are  confident that we  can  only  serve the  real  estate industry better in years to come.

In  1989  Bageine and  Company was born   and  two  years later became a limited company incorporated in Uganda  and   to   date,  Bageine and Company    Limited     employs    over 30     full-time   Staff    country   wide and many  more  indirectly through complementary services.

The steady growth with dedicated and professional directors with  foresight in the  property sector brought growth to the  business that  provided and continues to  provide timely and accurate services.
