Greenwatch is an environmental rights advocacy Non-Government Organisation in Uganda with its secretariat in Kampala.

We promote public participation in the sustainable use,management and protection of the environment and natural resources and the enforcement of the Constitutional right to a clean and healthy environment.

Our Mission:

To enhance public participation in the sustainable use, management and protection of the environment and in the enforcement of the right to a clean and healthy environment.

Our Vision:

To ensure that every person in Uganda enjoys the right to a clean and healthy environment.

We work with communities, government institutions like the Judiciary, the Police, Local Governments, individuals e.t.c through our various activities to encourage public participation in the sustainable management and protection of the environment and natural resources and ensure that policy makers have sufficient knowledge on environmental law to apply to their day to day decision making processes.
