Uganda Flower Exporters Association (UFEA) is a non profit organisation established to promote growers and exporters of flowers in Uganda.

Mandate

(a) Provide market information through – monthly bulletin, Website and other information source to members.

(b) Organize and coordinate capacity building for Owner/Managers and employees of flower farms

(c) Conduct research on flower varieties and species – on farm trials, pests and diseases, market survey/trends, policy and regulatory environment etc

(d) Mobilize technical assistance as requested for by the exporters

(e) Monitor compliance  to international  standards and quality

(f) Advocate for the enabling environment for industry expansion and  resolving constraints / disincentives to industry expansion through private/public partnerships

(g) Resource mobilization for programs and activities
