Zion Construction Ltd has been trading as Zion Estates for over 10 years. We buy huge chunks of land around Kampala city, sub-divide it and sell plots of land in well designed estates. Zion Estates is the biggest player in terms of volume sales with over 10,000 land tittles sold out. We have in stock over 15,000 land tittles and reserved big chunks of land for future sales and projects.

Zion Construcitons was registered in 2000 as a public private company. Since then Zion construction has been helping ordinary Ugandans to realize extraordinary dreams through wise property investment. To do this we make it our business to understand our client’s needs.
